1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
He accomplished His work in mortality which is His condescension.
Mosiah 15:2 And because he dwelleth in flesh he shall be called the Son of God, and having subjected the flesh to the will of the Father, being Father and the Son--
Taking upon Himself flesh, is His condescension, and it is what makes Him the Son of God.
