D&C 20:26 Not only those who believed after he came in the meridian of time, in the flesh, but all those from the beginning, even as many as were before he came who believed in the words of the holy prophets, who spake as they were inspired by the gift of the Holy ghost, who truly testified of him in all things, should have eternal life.
Not sure how this relates to His condescension, could it be the way that His atonement applies from all eternity to all eternity. If we were looking at a time line and His life and mission were in the middle, His effect would reach out in either direction through time.
D&C 93:4 The Father because he gave me of his fulness, and teh Son because I was in the world and made flesh my tabernacle, and dwelt among the sons of men.
This is what I am more accustomed to, referring to his condescension as taking on flesh.
