Matthew 17:22 And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:
Betrayed into the hands of men...
Matthew 20:18 Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death.
The men from the previous verse means chief priests and scribes. As I think about the different groups or types of people referenced I am hopeful to understand more about them as I watch "The Chosen" It is in a very real way bringing to life, the Savior and those that surrounded Him. And it makes me think.
