D&C 67:10 And again, verily I say unto you that it is your privilege, and a promise I give unto you that have been ordained unto this ministry, that inasmuch as you strip yourselves from jealousies and fears, and humble yourselves before me, for ye are not sufficiently humble, the veil shall be rent and you shall see me and know that I am--not with the carnal neither with the natural mind, but with the spiritual.
This is the preparation needed for anyone who wants to see the Lord and know that He is. Its as if we should check against these qualifications everyday in order to prepare to see Him. And are there other verses we need to consider in our preparation? (I think D&C 93:1 is one of those)
D&C 76:23 For we saw Him, even on the right hand of God; and we heard the voice bearing record that he is the Only Begotten of the Father--
This verse is well established in my memory as one that we used to share when singing the cousin version of I know that My Redeemer Lives, and from the Living Christ.
D&C 93:1 Verily, thus saith the Lord: It shall come to pass that every soul who forsaketh his sins and cometh unto me, and calleth on my name, and obeyeth my voice, and keepeth my commandments, shall see my face and know that I am;
