Moses 1:2 And he saw God face to face, and he talked with him, and the glory of God was upon Moses; therefore Moses could endure his presence.
God's glory must be upon the person in order for them to be able to withstand His presence.
Moses 7:4 And I saw the Lord; and he stood before my face, and he talked with me, even as a man talketh one with another, face to face; and he said unto me: Look, and I will show unto thee the world for the space of many generations.
Enoch saw and spoke with God. He did so many miracles with the power of God.
Genesis 18:22 And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the Lord.
There is always a choice about which way we will face, which direction we will choose, and in whose presence we prefer. For any of these people who have seen God, there were choice they made that led them to that point where God could trust the choices they would make going forward.
