Question of the day: What do we learn about Melchizedek in this chapter? Why is he important?
We learn of Melchizedek's great leadership, and that it was so great that he would forever after be associated with the Holy Order. I love seeing ties like this to Old Testament people, stories, and covenants. I think in some small way because it shows the consistency of God. It does build my testimony.
D&C 75: Follow the direction of God, the Comforter will help provide that direction. Establish and support our families.
