Question of the day: What are the differences between the judgments of man and the judgments of God?
God's judgement is perfect and just, he knows all of the backstories untainted. What impresses me is the idea that Mosiah felt such a responsibility to teach the commandments of God. This reminded me of the intense rebuke from Abinadi to wicked king Noah and his priests. Abinadi was clear that they had not fulfilled their responsibility to teach the people the commandments. They didn't even clearly know the commandments as Abinadi had to explain them.
D&C 45: I feel a sense of peace and hope around the verses that mention people being raised from the grave that slept in peace, to meet the Lord in the sky at his Second Coming.
