 Isaiah 53:9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

But the Romans were afraid of the violence they thought he might create. The leaders of the Jewish faith were certain that would be the best way to remove Him from their lives is to falsely incriminate Him in that way.

Mosiah 14:9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no evil, neither was any deceit in his mouth. 

He was crucified with sinners, though he was not one. His grave was with the rich, though he lived simply and without means. He was innocent of any crime and He only ever spoke the truth, even if that got Him in trouble with the rulers.
