Romans 5:10 For if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
I struggle with so many of these verses that are using language and sentence structure that just don't make sense to me. Were some enemies because they didn't believe in who He was? And yet they still benefit from his death and resurrection? And then what of those that believe? It seems they would benefit even more from His death and resurrection as well as His example, His teachings, His church!
