Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Salvation, strength, the kingdom, and the Power of His Christ. That seems an authoritative statement.
Revelation 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
Sounds more like Isaiah, but the sharp sword would suggest authority when He speaks. Ruling with a rod of iron also speaks of authority.
