1 Corinthians 15:8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as one born out of due time.
A direct testimony of seeing the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Nephi 9:15 Behold, I am Jesus Christ the Son of God. I created the heavens and the earth, and all things that in them are. I was with the Father from the beginning. I am in the Father, and the Father in me; and in me hat the Father glorified his name.
This is the Savior's witness of Himself, who He is, and what His mission is. It is important to consider that He identifies Himself, and He would never turn on that word. Then pair that with the witness of those that wrote the verses of scripture. When we see them they would never deny having seen the Lord Jesus Christ at Bountiful in the Americas. Witnesses from both sides of the situation strengthens the witness. Our faith is required to see us to the time when we could have both witnesses with us to share in first person their experience. But I'm confident that before we ever reach that point our faith would be complete and the requirement to have them both witness again would be unnecessary.
3 Nephi 11:8 And it came to pass, as they understood they cast their eyes up again towards heaven; and behold, they saw a Man descending out of heave; and he was clothed in a white robe; and he came down and stood in the midst of the; and the eyes of the whole multitude were turned upon him, and they durst not open their mouths, even one to another, and wist not what it meant, for they thought it was an angel that had appeared unto them.
What an experience, I wish I could have been there.
