Matthew 28:9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
To prove resurrection, they were invited to touch him to feel the wounds, to know for certain that it there were marks and wounds to be felt in a solid body.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heave and in earth.
His work complete in terms of His mortal ministry, He was now invested with All the power God the Father of Jesus could give. He was now perfection.
Mark 16:9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
Were they married? Is that why she of all people saw Him first?
