Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
"us", "our", key terms that suggest this is God in the plural, the Godhead. I think that is why I was thinking it would make sense to include some of the verses from Abraham 3.
Genesis 3:22 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
The thought occurs to me as I read this and see that the term Godhead is not included. Could it be that when the term "Lord God" is used that it also means Godhead? Referring to more than one God. I can't remember where I read it, but I do remember hearing the terms: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost or God the Testator. Curious though... I'll watch for this.
