Question of the day: Who was blessed because of Amulek's obedience?
Alma went back to Ammonihah. I thought about two reasons he went back. 1. He found Amulek, and saved him, and maybe others from his household. 2. He came to seal the fate of the rest of the wicked city. 3. As I was writing this I thought of a third reason -- Zeezrom! If Alma hadn't gone back he would not have found or saved these people.
D&C 63: Talks about signs, immediately after it talks about the adulterers. I remember hearing that sign seekers were usually those who struggled to be chaste. Not sure I know where to find a solid reference on that. I think it might be teachings of Joseph Smith.
