Continuing on in his vision Nephi sees a mist or vapor of darkness. He also sees many forms of darkness and change upon the earth. They all tie to death of the Savior. They happen just as he saw and are recorded in chapter 8 of 3 Nephi. Darkness at His death and Light at His birth.
