Elder L. Tom Perry - 177th Semiannual General Conference

Elder Perry's talk was called "Raising the Bar" he reviews some fundamentals of high-jumping and relates it to missionary work. Elder Ballard gave the talk back in 2002 about how we needed missionaries who are better prepared for the work. They need to be more ready for the work by being spiritually and morally prepared, socially intellectually and emotionally, physically healthy and strong.
