Jesus Christ --> Condescension - Day 10

 2 Nephi 4:26 O then, if I have seen so great things, if the Lord in his condescension unto the children of men hath visited men in so much mercy, why should my heart weep and my soul linger in the valley of sorrow, and my flesh waste away, and my strength slacken, because of mine afflictions?

His condescension brings Him low to the earth, where man is, and puts Him in perfect proximity to give us the mercy and grace we so desperately desire.

Alma 7:13 Now the Spirit knoweth all things; nevertheless the Son of God suffereth according to the flesh that he might take upon him the sins of his people, that he might blot out their transgressions according to the power of his deliverance; and now behold this is the testimony which is in me.

His condescension means so many things, this description is simply that He takes upon him 'flesh' suffering as man suffers, and seeing and understanding our sins, yet remaining perfect and sinless. This is how he can forgive sin.
