Jesus Christ --> God, Creator - Day 7

 Moses 3:5 And I, God, blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it,; because that in it I had rested from all my work which I, God, had created and made.

What is it like for God to rest? When a being has all power and never needs rest, what does that look like? I can't help but wonder if there isn't a certain amount of worship/gratitude expressed back to God the Father at a time like this. Maybe a time of evaluation?

Moses 6:8 Now this prophecy Adam spake, as he was moved upon by the Holy Ghost, and a genealogy was kept of the children of God. And this was the book of the generations of Adam saying: In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;

Of God's creations it should seem significant that man is mentioned specifically. Man is the purpose of all other creation.

Moses 7:36 Wherefore, I can stretch for the mine hands and hold all the creations which I have made; and mine eye can pierce them also, and among the workmanship of mine hands there has not been so great wickedness as among thy brethren.

What does it mean that he can stretch for His hands and hold all of His creations. I don't picture God being exceptionally large, but it does give me the sense that He is omnipresent and omniscient. And again this verse speaks of wickedness compared to other periods of time. So His greatness spans all time too.
