Question of the day: How do you make sure to never loose communication with your Heavenly Father?
Starting my day with prayer always helps, but the days that are my best are those where I mentally prepare myself to offer prayers many times throughout the day. I will typically think of certain 'anchors', things I know I will do, and tell myself that these are the times that I need to offer prayer.
This is the point in the scriptures where Captain Moroni is really chastising the leaders in the government. I was particularly interested in the last verse of the reading, verse 28, where he restates his mission/purpose. He carries his sword or uses his skills and talents to do what is right for his people and country.
Pearl of Great Price: I finished reading through the Doctrine and Covenants and am now focused on the Pearl of Great Price. Chapter 1 was powerful in that it shows Moses connection to God and his defense against Satan.
