Question of the day: How is repentance a continuous process? Why doesn't it end once you take the sacrament?
We continue to err after we have taken the sacrament, so we need repentance again. That is the simple answer. When I read the question, I immediately thought of Elder Bednar's October 2008 talk "Pray Always". I love how he talks about counseling with the Lord at the beginning of the day, in the day as weaknesses we are working come upon us, and at the end of the day in review.
