Question of the day: How can we better focus on Christ while partaking of the sacrament each Sunday?
One of the ways that has always best prepared me for Sunday and partaking of the sacrament has been to try and think on Jesus during the week, sometimes just be rehearsing in my mind the sacrament prayers. The other thing that helps is just to notice whether I am feeling the spirit daily somehow or not. If not, work toward feeling of the spirit daily.
