The Lord God will be exalted as He judges mankind. I think this means that every knee shall bow in worship as we recognize His holiness and our weakness and errors and sins. For the righteous I can see how this will be joyous and for the wicked if will be awful the most painful experience possible. The righteous will seed as clearly as ever how He applied the power to change and be clean.
