Who are the righteous and who are the saints. I believe from this passage they are those who understand and keep the commandments. I believe these are also those who seek the sanctification that comes through the Holy Ghost because of the ordinances provided by the approved use of the Priesthood. It is through Baptism, the receipt of the Holy Ghost and sacred temple ordinances that we in the latter days become saints.
