The way we look is affected by two things, I believe: the knowledge/truth we acquire, and keeping the commandments. The better we do at these two things the better we look. Truth and holiness allow us to be filled with light. That light improves our countenance and how we appear to people.
I'm so grateful to be going back to school to gain more light and knowledge.
