This blog has tracked my studies of The Book of Mormon, which is another testament of Jesus Christ. I would like to use it now to study more directly the Savior Jesus Christ.

2 Nephi 4:30 Rejoice, O My Heart
The choice to be happy is our own. The choice to choose sin is also our own. In these verses I believe Nephi is teaching us that choosing gratitude, rejoicing and happiness is the path to supplanting evil choices and giving in to temptation.
