According to 1 Nephi 7:6 there were two sons of Ishmael.They would have inherited the birthright from Ishmael, what ever was left after leaving Jerusalem. They were of the same mindset as Laman and Lemuel, and even the two daughters of Ishmael that married Laman and Lemuel. Regardless it is interesting to me that they received a blessing from Lehi.
My guess is too that they didn't really value these blessings. Lehi's blessings are really an extension of prophecy that came from the visions he had.
