The Bible is the Word of God as it proceeded forth from the mouth of the Jews. It is a record provided by prophets of old from the Holy Land. What is it so firmly held by many other religions that God could have no other prophets anywhere else in the world that would have made a record. Would it be easier if people understood that the Book of Mormon was written by people who originally came from Jerusalem? That they were a people that followed Moses example, and Isaiah's example and also made a record? What if they knew that those people came to the Americas and that they continued to make records just like are in the Bible with the understanding that the words of the prophets were compiled and organized by a later prophet. What if they could understand that it was prophesied that as a people many would reject the Book of Mormon because they already had the Bible. Would understanding any of this clearly help those of other Christian faiths open their hearts and minds to the reality that God, all powerful God, can provide two witnesses? Would they be willing to kneel and pray and ask God if it is true? How can we share this message?
