Nourished by the Good Word of God (Elder Daniel K. Judd)

Today in particular I've felt that I wanted to feel "nourished by the good word of God". If I'm not careful my reading of the Old Testament and Hymns in the morning can be empty.

On Sunday Bishop Terry taught us from Daniel K. Judd's talk with this title (Nourished by the Good Word of God). I did remember when he opened the talk that this was a phrase we hear from Mormon in Mormon 6:4. But Bishop also quizzed us on who this was (by his picture), then what he spoke on. He seemed a little disappointed that we couldn't tell him. I felt disappointed in myself for not knowing the talks better at least by subject matter.

I keep picturing in my head a series of note cards with brief summaries of each talk so that I can have a least a few key points about each in my head.
Here are some thoughts from Brother Judd's talk:
In shortest summary he spoke about what to teach and how to teach it. It is important to understand that not all truths are equal in value for teaching. All points of the gospel need to be studied and taught and learned by the Spirit. He referenced D&C 50 frequently.
