1. What are the 3 purposes of the Book of Mormon from paragraph two of the title page: The first purpose is to show the remnant of the house of Israel the dealings of the Lord to their fathers. Second, that they may know the covenants of the Lord. Third, to convince Jew and Gentile that Jesus is the Christ.
2. I've learned from the Book of Mormon that God is the same with all people. I have learned that He is merciful. If he were not there would not be a pride cycle described throughout the book. His sacrifice is meaningful throughout the world and throughout time.
3. My testimony of Christ is strengthened from the Book of Mormon in that all the prophets in the book testify of Him. It is the cleanest, clearest explanation of His Gospel.
